Rohan Schlesinger, Clinical Psychologist
Mindworx Psychology is delighted to have Rohan Schlesinger as a part of our team. With over 10 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist, Rohan is a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Rohan’s background includes working within both the public mental health sector and private practice setting, including co-founding a Psychology practice in the ACT. He has also provided services in the CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) DBT Adolescent Program.
Rohan has experience working with people of all ages and all life stages. He approaches therapy in a warm, genuine, and compassionate manner providing a non-judgmental space for his clients to feel validated and supported to develop the mental skills required to reach their full potential.
Rohan takes a holistic approach, using evidence-based interventions including (not limited to) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Rohan has a keen interest working with young people aged 15 years – 30 years. Rohan has a special interest in neurodiversity, and in performance coaching for athlete mental health and wellbeing. He enjoys working with young athletes, parents and adult athletes across a range of issues including depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, attention and focus skills, resilience building, and identity development.
Rohan also enjoys working with parents. He is a facilitator for the “Tuning into Kids” and “Tuning into Teens” parenting programs, and is trained in attachment-based “Circle of Security – Parenting”.
Rohan provides services to clients of Mindworx Psychology on Fridays by appointment only.

You do not need a GP referral to book an appointment at Mindworx Psychology.
Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.
Your Private Health Fund may offer cover for Psychology Services – you can check this directly with your fund.
