Olivia Gupta, Clinical Psychology Registrar
Olivia is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a passion for helping children, teens and young adults. A dance instructor in her spare time, Olivia believes in holistic wellbeing. She is warm, friendly, compassionate, and quick to build rapport with all ages. She uses a collaborative approach with individuals to help them achieve their goals.
She enjoys working with people across the lifespan and taking the time to understand their story and concerns. She is passionate about working with individuals with anxiety, low mood, and children with big emotions, and has extensive experience working with young adults, including providing support in the University setting.
Olivia sees it as a privilege when her clients share their innermost experiences, and feels grateful to go through the highs and lows of life alongside them. She strives to ensure that all her clients feel heard and understood, while also encouraging them to embrace new perspectives and face new challenges that will ultimately allow them to thrive and create a life that they find meaningful and fulfilling.
She approaches all therapy sessions with curiosity and acceptance. She believes strongly in a collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy.
